Chauffeurs check real time flight arrivals for any delays or early arrivals. Cost: Free
When available, Japanese-speaking chauffeurs can assist guests with checking into hotels or for outbound flights. Cost: Please inquire.
Guests that prefer to be met at the lobby with a name sign can request it when making a booking. Cost: $46.00 for most vehicles.
Help carrying luggage/bags. Cost: Free

As the rain continues to be on our forecast Elite Express is committed to providing safety and travel guidelines for our client’s transportation needs. We encourage you to do the following when bad weather conditions are in the forecast:
Go to the airline’s website to check flight status of your flight. (Find the flight status search/ locator). You can also check your air ticket for the Reservations. Call Center phone number and speak to a representative, whether flight will be delayed or cancelled.
Call us know of any possibility of delays/cancellations and we can keep an eye on your flight for you.
If you need to cancel your vehicle reservation, call us and we will assist you. Please note that if a round-trip was booked, the return trip may also need to be cancelled and re-booked.
